BCP news

Dear all,

Dear all,

First of all, we hope that you are having a wonderful holiday season and that you are making the most of this time to get some well-deserved rest.

As you have no doubt seen, the spread of the Covid-19 virus is accelerating with new records of contamination cases reached in recent days. This prompted the government to take further measures earlier this week to stem the spread of the epidemic. These mainly concern the strengthening of remote working and protective measures including the wearing of a mask, the acceleration of the vaccination campaign and the entry into force of the vaccination pass in mid-January for certain areas.

Your health and the continuity of head office operations are our priorities, and as such we need to adapt the measures currently in force at the headquarters. Thus, from January 3, 2022, all GIE AXA employees are invited, on an exceptional and temporary basis until January 21 end-of-day, to telework at least four days a week, for all eligible functions. In addition to this:

  • either one additional day of teleworking, on a voluntary basis and in agreement with your manager,
  • or one day on site.

For employees not eligible for teleworking, we invite you to discuss with your manager in order to assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, depending on the requirements of your profession.

As this is an exceptional teleworking measure required by the health situation, no specific action on Pléiades is required. Employees can continue coming on site (maximum one day per week) without prior registration. However, registration remains mandatory for our external visitors or visitors
from other entities.

For all on-site and off-site trips and events, please refer to your usual contacts. They are aware of the rapidly changing health restrictions and they are in the best position to guide you.

Finally, we all have a responsibility in the fight against the spread of the virus through a strict adherence to the protective measures in both our professional and private lives: continue to wear a mask and respect the instructions displayed on site, especially in the catering areas. Foodchéri will remain open throughout this period.

The medical office is at your disposal for any questions relating to the anti-Covid-19 and the influenza vaccination or to make an appointment to get vaccinated.

The above measurements are aligned with government recommendations. They are valid until January 21. We will get back to you by then for an update.

We hope that this memo, published in the last days of 2021, will enable you to organize your January 2022 return to work in the best possible way. Until then, happy
New Year’s Eve to all!
